3. Website Analytics
We use Framer Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and improve the user experience.
Framer Analytics records anonymized metrics including unique visitors, pageviews, traffic sources, and popular pages. When you visit our site, your IP address and browser information are temporarily hashed with a daily rotating key that resets every 24 hours.

Legal Basis:
We process analytics data based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding website usage and improving user experience.

Privacy & Cookies
No personal data is collected or stored for analytics. All analytics data is completely anonymized and cannot be traced back to individuals. Framer Analytics does not use cookies or create persistent identifiers. Because the data is fully anonymized and cannot identify you, no consent is required under GDPR or ePrivacy regulations.

When you submit an inquiry form via the contact page, your inquiry will be logged into a Google Sheet, and an inquiry will be submitted via email to our company email inbox; both are hosted by Google Workspace. More information on this under "4. Inquiry Form".

4. Inquiry Form
If you submit an inquiry via our website form, we collect the information you enter (typically your name, email address, and message).

Purpose:
This data is used solely for responding to your inquiry and providing customer service.

Data Processing:
Submissions are sent directly to our team and stored in a secure Google Sheet.
We do not share this data with third parties or use it for marketing purposes.

Retention:
Inquiry data is stored for up to 12 months after submission for follow-up purposes and then deleted.

Security:
Your submission is transmitted securely via SSL/HTTPS.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties except as described above (Framer Analytics and secure Google Sheet storage).
Our website is hosted by Framer. Service providers are contractually obliged to comply with Swiss data protection law.

6. International Data Transfers
No personal data processed via our website is transferred outside Switzerland or countries with adequate data protection (e.g., EU/EEA).

Under the Swiss FADP and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
