Description

About Flexion:

At Flexion, we're building the intelligence layer powering the next generation of humanoid robots. Our mission is to accelerate the transition from fragile prototypes to real-world humanoid deployment. We are founded by leading scientists in robot reinforcement learning (ex-Nvidia, ex-ETH Zürich), and backed by leading international VC firms. In just months, we’ve gone from our first line of code to deploying real humanoid capabilities.

The Role

You will perform a variety of physical tasks that are captured and used as training data for our AI models, alongside data curation and testing in sim.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform structured physical tasks following defined protocols to generate high-quality motion data

  • Maintain precision and consistency across repeated task sequences

  • Data curation: inspection, logging, cataloging

  • Provide feedback to the AI team on task clarity and execution feel

  • Test the datasets in sim

  • Learn new task sets as our hardware and research evolves

Requirements

  • Ideally currently pursuing or planning to pursue a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, Game Design, or a related field

  • Basic computer literacy; comfortable in a terminal

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks

  • Comfortable working in a structured, protocol-driven environment

  • Genuine curiosity about AI, robotics, and how machines learn

  • You are able to work 15 hours or 34 hours a week

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation

  • A front-row seat at one of Europe's most ambitious robotics companies

  • An energetic, collaborative team with a bias for action
